The State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT), Bhubaneswar is in the process of managing the Diploma & ITI Colleges in the state, conducting their examination, Evaluation and Publishing their result. The major activity of the council is to conduct examination of the student and issue provisional certificate. The Council has a list of Diploma & ITI colleges around the state.
